Matt Riley is a seasoned food service executive and strategic consultant with over 20 years of experience driving organizational performance, developing leaders, and engineering sustainable growth.
Matt has spent the majority of his career inside Chick-fil-A, rising to Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at the Noblesville, Indiana location and overseeing multi-location operations. He brings a rare combination of frontline operational credibility and boardroom-level strategic thinking.
In addition to his consulting practice, Matt is an independent iOS developer operating under MFR Strategies. He built Vantage Audit — a restaurant assessment app for QSR operators — and the Coop Apps platform, a suite of tools purpose-built for independent restaurant operators. His philosophy: the best solutions come from people who have actually done the work.
Matt lives in Fishers, Indiana with his wife Stacey and their three children. He is known for his direct communication style, his deep commitment to developing others, and his belief that the right strategy, built on the right culture, can transform any organization.
